We can see the light at the end of winter here in Slate Run! Opening Day of Trout Season is April 4th, and the countdown is officially on.

The creek is high and still iced in places after another round of snow, but it won’t be long. Warmer days, fresh stockings, and big Pine Creek browns are coming.

Stop in at Slate Run Tackle Shop to gear up, spring trout season will be here before we know it.
